The final details for a development of 80 new homes off Broadmead in Broadmayne have now been approved by Dorset Council.

The decision confirms the layout, scale, appearance and landscaping of the site, along with plans for open space and enhanced drainage features. The approval follows an earlier outline consent (P/RES/2025/02270).

With these details now agreed, the project can move forward, paving the way for construction work to begin. The scheme will also include the creation of a nature area on part of the site.
