The arrests took place in the Wakeham area after residents in Easton raised concerns about an adult allegedly dealing drugs to minors near Easton Square.
Police say the two individuals were arrested on suspicion of supplying Class A and Class B drugs.
Officers from the Portland Neighbourhood Policing Team say they will always act on information relating to drug activity, particularly where it involves under-18s.
