A Weymouth and Portland coastal clean-up group has reached a major milestone. The Marine Litter Project is now a registered charity, after previously operating as a Community Interest Company. The group says the change better reflects its volunteer-led work and long-term aims. It will continue efforts to remove marine litter and safeguard the local coastline.
