At around 12.20pm on Thursday 25 June 2026 a collision occurred on the A354 Weymouth Relief Road, between the Jurassic Roundabout and the Veasta Roundabout, involving a red Audi A1 and a blue Ford Transit van.
Emergency services attended and the driver of the Audi, a woman aged in her 20s, was taken to hospital for treatment to injuries that were serious but not life-threatening.
Police Constable Mark Palmer, of the Roads Policing Team, said: “We are carrying out enquiries into the circumstances of this collision and I am keen to speak with any witnesses who have not already contacted police.
“I would also urge any motorists who were in the vicinity and have dashcam footage to please check if they have captured anything that might assist our investigation.”
