Dorset Police is investigating a reported robbery in Weymouth. It was reported that at around 12.45am on Friday 5 June, a man in his 20s was approached by a man and a woman on Westham Bridge. Police say he was assaulted, threatened and had £10 in cash stolen. The victim was checked over by the ambulance service and is not believed to have suffered any serious injuries.

Officers believe there were a number of people in the area at the time and are urging witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.
The male suspect is described as white, slim, with grey hair and a beard, and wearing a blue and black tracksuit. The woman is described as white and of large build.
